High Compaction Utilizing Mechanical Design
Mechanical compactors designed without hydraulics
The Pax-All Model 100 and 200 compactors consist of a series of staggered steel fan blades fixed to a rotating shaft. It is similar to an auger action, but has two points of compaction. The Pax-All Model 100 has a 2HP drive. The Pax-All Model 200 comes with (2) 3HP drive motors.
Waste material is compacted and extruded as a dense log through a discharge chute. The chute delivers the material to a receptacle such as a one or two cubic yard front or rear loading refuse container. The receptacle is ratcheted to the compactor so all waste material is contained.
The Pax-All Model 100 and 200 compactors are designed to effectively reduce waste volumes. Volume reduction is estimated at 4:1 but may vary depending on the material.
Typical applications include fast food restaurants, assembly lines, commercial locations, convenience stores and gas stations.
