Intermediate Speed Technology
Liberates Steel and Fiber from shredded Tire chips

The Shred Pax Inc. Model UW-12 and UW-2000 consist of intermediate speed, high torque grinders designed to reduce shredded steel belted tire chips (2" nominal) to crumb rubber. The unique grinders are the first of its kind to liberate steel and fiber from rubber without high wear or the potential fire dangers of conventional high-speed equipment.

The Model UW-12 and 2000 grinders are designed for low maintenance and long life. The grinders are constructed of precision machine parts to ensure durability and reliability. With its compact and modular design, the Model UW-12 and 2000 require minimal floor space. An in-line electro-magnetic overload sensor automatically stops the process if an overload condition occurs.

The Shred Pax Inc. Engineering Team offers custom process engineered system capabilities for system set-up and operations, including conveyors, magnetic separators, bag houses, air locks and cyclones.
